In 2010, after much prayerful consideration, Hamm Mechanical was launched by William and Callie Hamm. Celebrating 10 years in 2020, the company continues to thrive today due to the quality of the Hamm employees and their dedication to hard work and integrity. The Hamms are passionate about supporting their family of employees, providing incomparable service to valued customers, and sharing business profits with the community and charitable causes.
William and his family are lifelong residents of Shreveport. He offers over 27 years of estimating and project management expertise, including profit and loss responsibility for projects of up to $14 million in contract value. A construction management graduate of LSU Baton Rouge, he continued his education by attending a six-month graduate engineering program at The Trane Company in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. After training as an estimator at Berg Mechanical, he moved on to project management, and was responsible for the mechanical installations at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino (currently Sam’s Town), the isle of Capri Hotel, Benteler Steel, Barksdale 8th Air Force Base Headquarters, Minden High School and a diverse mix of other complex mechanical installations. In 2010, William and his wife, Callie, started Hamm Mechanical. William is actively involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company. William and Callie have 3 children and 1 grandson.
Danny Simon is Vice President of Operations. He has over 45 years of experience in the Sheet Metal industry, beginning as a journeyman sheet metal worker and progressing to management of a major sheet metal contracting firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. Danny joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in December of 2013 after 11 years with Berg Mechanical/Johnson Controls. He is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operation activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. He also manages all sheet metal estimating, project management, and shop operations for Hamm Mechanical. Danny and his wife, Jackie, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
With an impressive 28-year track record in the Mechanical Industry, Brad Golladay is your go-to professional for all things HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Piping, Hydronic Systems, DDC Controls, and creative problem-solving. Brad’s journey in the world of mechanical excellence began as a humble HVAC apprentice and technician at Berg Mechanical Inc., where he dedicated six formative years honing his skills and developing his passion for the field. Over the next 18 years, Brad’s commitment to excellence propelled him through various roles as a technician, culminating in a decade of successful management with Carrier Corporation. His hands-on experience and unwavering dedication to his craft have made him a recognized authority in the industry. In 2020, Brad brought his exceptional talents to Hamm Mechanical, where he has been an invaluable asset for the past three years. As a proud alumni of Elysian Fields ISD, Brad’s commitment to his roots and community is unwavering. At Hamm Mechanical, Brad heads the service department, ensuring top-tier quality and customer satisfaction in every project undertaken. Brad and his wife, Kelee, have 4 children.
