Chris Ogden is General Superintendent for Hamm Mechanical, LLC. After 17 years with Berg Mechanical and Johnson Controls Inc., he joined Hamm Mechanical holding a Master License in Plumbing, Medical Gas, Natural Gas, and Backflow Preventer. Chris has over 27 years of experience. Chris is responsible for managing required manpower, inspection of field operations, safety, equipment, and material. His supervisory leadership ensures a productive workforce in compliance with project deadlines and safety accountability.
Bobby Ebarb joined Hamm Mechanical in September 2012 after 23 years with Berg Service, including time spent after the Johnson Controls acquisition. He holds a master plumbing and medical gas license in Louisiana and Texas with 38 years of experience in plumbing service, medical gas service, and new construction. Bobby has a reputation with his service customers of being honest and fair with everyone. He is responsible for managing plumbing service, light commercial, and industrial projects, as well as medical gas service and backflow prevention.
Trey Simon joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in August of 2016 after 4 years with Cintas Corporation. Trey has over 10 years of management experience. Trey is responsible for Estimating Sheet Metal for the Construction and Service Team, Managing Construction Projects, Fleet Management, Software Innovation, Marketing Team Member, I.T. Support Specialist, Network Administrator, and Safety Officer.
Jeff Lutz joined Hamm Mechanical in February 2016. He has over 35 years of Mechanical experience which began at Berg Mechanical in 1987 as a draftsman. He moved into estimating and project management for Berg in 1996. Jeff is responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects.
Doug Potter has over 45 years of service, maintenance, and retrofit experience to Hamm Mechanical in January 2012. He worked with the Hamm principals for many years at Berg Mechanical, stayed on after the sale of Berg, and most recently worked for Republic Contractors. Doug has a well-earned reputation as a troubleshooter and problem solver; he has a loyal base of service customers who know they can trust him to recommend appropriate solutions for HVAC renovations, energy savings, and cost effective service programs for their buildings.
Danny Simon is Vice President of Operations. He has over 44 years of experience in the sheet metal industry, beginning as a journeyman sheet metal worker and progressing to management of a major sheet metal contracting firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. Danny joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in December of 2013 after 11 years with Berg Mechanical/Johnson Controls. He is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operation activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. He also manages all sheet metal estimating, project management, and shop operations for Hamm Mechanical.
Shawn Fenton- joined Hamm Mechanical in October of 2020. Shawn is bringing over 42 years of HVAC experience, ranging from Mechanical retrofits, Recommissioning of building systems, Building upgrades, and service to Hamm Mechanical. Shawn's role at Hamm Mechanical is Service Sales. He was employed by Johnson Controls for a total of 14 years, Berg Mechanical for 11 years, and Carrier for 6 years before joining the Hamm Mechanical Team.
Tammy Daniels joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in September 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience of Project Management in manufacturing and HVAC industry. She previously held positions at Lucent Technologies, Berg Mechanical, Johnson Controls, and Trane. Her organizational skills and prioritizing customer requirements is a great asset to our Team. Her responsibilities include contracting and managing Planned Service Agreements for Hamm Mechanical.
Kevin Long has been in the hvac business for over 25 years, starting at Richardson's in the early 90's as a technician. Kevin went from there to Berg, where he worked as a tech for another 3 years. After 15 years in the field he took a job as a Service manager and have been working in the office as a manager or project supervisor since then. His job duties have included everything from sales, to tech support, customer service and everything else that service has required.
Kenny Fedd joined Hamm Mechanical in January 2019. He has over 45 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with significant tenures in Plumbing Service Divisions. As a Master Plumber (Louisiana and Texas) with focus on immediate, unexpected, emergency service performed in a safe manner; he is responsible for managing / resolving plumbing problems / issues or projects.
