William T. Hamm is Owner and President of Hamm Mechanical, LLC. A life long resident of Shreveport, William is married to Callie Wilhite Hamm. They have three children: Connor (19), Tindol (14) and Mollie Mabel (11). William has over 25 years of estimating and project management expertise, including profit and loss responsibility for projects of up to $14 million in contract value. A construction management graduate of LSU Baton Rouge, he continued his education by attending a six-month graduate engineering program at The Trane Company in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. After training as an estimator at Berg Mechanical, he moved on to project management, and was responsible for the mechanical installations at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino (currently Sam’s Town), the isle of Capri Hotel, Benteler Steel, Barksdale 8th Air Force Base Headquarters, Minden High School and a diverse mix of other complex mechanical installations. In 2010, William and Callie started Hamm Mechanical. William is actively involved in all aspects of the day to day operations of the company.
Chris Colvin is Vice President and a founding member of Hamm Mechanical, LLC. He has over 44 years of experience in all facets of mechanical construction. As VP Operations for Berg Mechanical, he was responsible for all construction activities, including safety, estimating, field labor, warehouse, engineering/drafting, sheet metal shop. He personally managed major projects for the Willis-Knighton Health System, including the green-field WK Bossier Hospital. A Louisiana Tech graduate with a BS in Industrial Engineering, Chris also earned an MBA at Tech. He manages Hamm's projects for Willis-Knighton Health System.
Earl Lindanger joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC shortly after the company was formed. He has over 35 years accounting, human resource, and supervisory experience in manufacturing, banking, and construction. A 1984 LSU Shreveport graduate with a BS degree in accounting, Earl held management positions with Gordon, Inc., Shreve Land Construction, and Commercial Development & Design prior to joining Hamm Mechanical. He is responsible for all accounting, payroll, jobcosting, and office management functions for the firm.
Danny Simon joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in December of 2013 after 11 years with Berg Mechanical/Johnson Controls. He has over 40 years of experience in the sheet metal industry, beginning as a journeyman sheet metal worker and progressing to management of a major sheet metal contracting firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. He is responsible for all sheet metal estimating, project management, and shop operations for Hamm.
Doug Potter has over 40 years of service, maintenance, and retrofit experience to Hamm Mechanical in January 2012. He worked with the Hamm principals for many years at Berg Mechanical, stayed on after the sale of Berg, and most recently worked for Republic Contractors. Doug has a well-earned reputation as a troubleshooter and problem solver; he has a loyal base of service customers who know they can depend on him to recommend appropriate energy saving and cost effective service programs for their buildings.
Bobby Ebarb joined Hamm Mechanical in September 2012 after 35 years with Berg Service, including time spent after the Johnson Controls acquisition. He holds a master plumbing and medical gas license in Louisiana and Texas with 35 years of experience in plumbing service, medical gas service, and new construction. Bobby has a reputation with his service customers of being honest and fair with everyone. He is responsible for managing plumbing service, light commercial, and industrial projects, as well as medical gas service and backflow prevention.
Amanda McCauslin joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in 2014 bringing 32 years of experience in office administration. She worked 26 years for Terminix leaving in 2014 as administrative manager and joining Hamm Mechanical later that year. She also held positions with Morgan Petroleum, Royale Airlines and Cambe Geological.
Ann Barber joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in September 2014 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. Ann came after retiring from SWEPCO with 23 years of experience in the administrative field, with the last position working for the VP of Rates and Regulatory. She assists with multiple office duties. Ann also held positions at LuChem Pharmaceuticals, AT&T, and various others.
Tammy Daniels joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in September 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience of Project Management in manufacturing and HVAC industry. She previously held positions at Lucent Technologies, Berg Mechanical, Johnson Controls, and Trane. Her organizational skills and prioritizing customer requirements is a great asset to our Team. Her responsibilities include contracting and managing Planned Service Agreements for Hamm Mechanical.
Trey Simon joined Hamm Mechanical, LLC in August of 2016 after 4 years with Cintas Corporation. Trey has multiple years of management experience prior to Cintas. Trey works with the construction team with job responsibilities of estimating both sheet metal & plumbing and managing construction projects.
Steve Parker joined Hamm in August 2016. He comes with 40 years’ experience in the HVAC industry including all aspects of service management, maintenance and retrofit projects. Steve worked with the Hamm principals at Berg Mechanical for 22 years which included 12 years as the service manager. Steve’s role at Hamm will be to find HVAC opportunities and provide solutions for his established customer base and to identify new clients with HVAC needs.
Chris Ogden is General Superintendent for Hamm Mechanical, LLC. After 15 years with Berg Mechanical and Johnson Controls Inc., he joined Hamm Mechanical holding a Master License in Plumbing, and with over 22 years of experience with HVAC, medical gas and back flow prevention. Chris is responsible for managing required manpower, inspection of field operations, equipment and material. His supervisory leadership ensures a productive workforce in compliance with project deadlines and safety accountability.
